Hi Suzy: Have you seen the Valentine's Day promotion by Godiva? I'm supporting it and want to spread the word that you can win chocolate and send virtual Valentines from this site: godiva.com/love . I like the idea of sending a Valentine in an eco-friendly way, too!

People, white chocolate truffles especially with Grand Marnier! And keep any kind of berries, lemon, or coconut out of my truffle!

Making chocolate truffles is really a sensitive task. Any overheating or change in the ingredients will lead to ruined taste, shape and texture.
I myself searched alot and have experimented many recipes. I was looking for one that is easy to make and consists of easy available ingredients. Here is one which i can say is very rich and delicious. Try it you will be happy. Best of luck
