The "favorite chocolate" thread got me thinking. Do people enjoy a certain national chocolate more than others? Certainly some of the popular chocolate nations are France, Belgium, Italy, and Switzerland. But there really are so many great ones. Spanish, Dutch, Austrian or South America's Venezuelan chocolate can be really amazing. But is it because you enjoy a favorite brand, or is it because makers from a certain nation process chocolate a slightly different way? To throw in my personal favorite, I would say Italian chocolate. Anyway, have at it.
